Yes. For stock products, samples can be provided free of charge within 3 days. For customized items, samples will be ready within 7 days.
Can you manufacture products based on my designs?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are welcome. Please feel free to share your drawings or samples. We take customer drawing confidentiality very seriously and can sign an NDA.
What is your MOQ for machined parts?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We accept both sample-based processing and drawing-based machining to meet various project scales.
What is your typical lead time?
For sample orders, lead time is typically 3–5 days. For bulk orders, it is 10–25 days after order confirmation, with expedited options available.
How do you ensure product quality?
Our QC process includes First Article Inspection, in-process checks every hour during mass production, and 100% random inspection prior to shipment using Zeiss CMM equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C. For orders over US$500, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance settled before shipment.
