MGKF74-H Series of General-type Products

The MGKF74-H series of CNC high-precision vertical compound grinding centers features a novel and compact structural design, good rigidity, and strong practicability, achieving a high degree of integration of high precision, high speed, and high performance. This series can grind inner holes, outer circles, and end faces in one clamping. It features automatic tool changing, automatic workpiece measurement, and on-line dynamic balancing of the grinding wheel.

Applications: Mainly used for machining and grinding engine shafts and disk-type parts. Suitable for titanium alloys, stainless steels, and high-temperature alloys in industries such as aerospace, bearings, molds, automobiles, and locomotives.

Machine Tool Layout: An 8-axis controlled vertical grinding center adopting the Siemens CNC system. The bed integrates front and rear beds into one for longitudinal movement. Equipped with a 4-station tool magazine for automatic tool changing.
