What payment terms do you accept?
We typically work with T/T and Western Union. For mass production, a 30% down payment is required with the 70% balance settled before shipment. Irrevocable L/C without soft clauses is also acceptable.

We are flexible and can provide quotations based on EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP terms to suit your logistics needs.
How long is your price valid?
Generally, our prices remain valid for 60 days. Adjustments are only made if international currency exchange rates (USD:RMB) vary significantly or if raw material costs (Stainless Steel/Aluminum) fluctuate.
What logistics methods are available for shipment?
90% of our shipments are sent by sea (Container or LCL) to major continents. We also arrange air shipment or express delivery services based on customer requirements and urgency.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we advise starting with a sampling order first. Sample lead times typically range between 7 to 14 days to ensure all specifications meet your requirements.
